Cancellation policy
At Saakshi’s (operated by Aurum Grove Limited) our meal subscriptions are designed to be flexible — you can skip, pause, change your meals, or cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum tie-in. This policy explains how, and the cut-off times that apply. It should be read alongside our Refund Policy.
How your subscription works
A subscription places a recurring order on your chosen schedule. Ahead of each delivery we “process” your order — this is when your meals are confirmed, your payment is taken, and our kitchen begins preparing your fresh food. Order processing usually happens around 3 days before your delivery day (for example, orders are typically processed on Sunday for a Wednesday delivery).
Managing your subscription
You can manage everything from your account: www.saakshis.com/a/subscriptions/login. From there you can skip a delivery, pause, swap meals, change your delivery day, update payment or address details, or cancel.

Cut-off times
- Cancel: you can cancel at any time, free of charge. Cancellation stops all future orders. To stop an upcoming order, please cancel before that order is processed (see above).
- Pause or skip: please pause or skip at least 5 days before your next billing date so the change applies to your next delivery.
- Swap meals, change quantity or delivery day: please make changes before your order is processed.
Orders that have already been processed
Because we prepare fresh, perishable food to order, once an order has been processed it cannot be changed or cancelled, and it will be delivered and charged as normal. If you cancel after an order has been processed, the cancellation applies to future deliveries — the order already in preparation will still arrive. As fresh food, processed orders are not refundable for a change of mind (see our Refund Policy).
Refunds, delivery problems & billing errors
If something goes wrong — an item is missing, your order is not delivered, or you are charged in error — you are entitled to a remedy and we will put it right with a replacement, refund or account credit. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, or contact us. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to cancel
- Log in at www.saakshis.com/a/subscriptions/login and select “Cancel”; or
- Email concierge@saakshis.com (or call +44 (0) 7700 155212) and we’ll cancel it for you and confirm by email.
You’re always welcome back — there’s no penalty for cancelling and you can restart any time.
